What is the cancellation policy?

ACO will refund the registration fee, less a $200 administrative fee, for a written cancellation request received no later than March 24, 2017. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 24, 2017. All requests should be sent to [email protected] ACO reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

What is the dress code?

Business casual or casual. While this is a professional conference, attendees should be comfortable. 

Do I have to be a member of the ADHD Coaches Organization to attend?

No. While being a member provides numerous benefits, you do not have to be a member to attend the conference.

Can I get CEUs for attending sessions?

Yes. We are offering pre-conference and main conference sessions that provide CEUs towards your coaching certification requirements. We are looking into other professional CEU requirements for future conferences.

Do I have to be an ADHD Coach to join the ACO?

No. Anyone can join the ACO.  

What can I expect in between sessions?

Our attendees are a social bunch. Between sessions is a time to catch up with friends, meet new people, learn what your colleagues are up to, and unwind between sessions.

What is there to do in and near Reston?

Plenty! Located right outside the doors of the Hyatt Regency, Reston Town Center is an outdoor shopping mall filled with unique shops and more than 20 restaurants . Or, visit the Reston Zoo, the Reston Museum, the Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, Great Falls Park, Dulles Golf Center, or the National Air & Space Museum. What’s the plan for Saturday night?

It’s yours to make! Many attendees make plans to gather at a local venue for dinner. This is a great opportunity to strengthen connections, old or new, explore the Reston, or just kick back and relax.
